2.5” 304 Stainless True Dual Exhaust: 1992 GMC Yukon 5.7

The OEM system was falling apart on Andrew's otherwise beautiful 1992 Yukon. After consulting him on the purchase of ceramic-coated, stainless JBA longtube headers, we built 2.5" true duals with 3.0" exits. Even with no baffles in the system, the GMC’s assertive tenor is deep without ever being obtrusive. Drone is non-existent, and the note is completely free of rasp. In spite of the tight spaces involved and large components used, no part of the system hangs below the frame or limits suspension travel in any way.
