Major Chassis & Other Fabrication: $100/hour

Our most extreme service, this HOURLY RATE covers the projects that make your dream a reality. If you can think of a project, we can most likely work with you to bring that idea to fruition. This umbrella covers smaller projects like custom stainless steel headers, to complete exhaust systems (aluminum included); and expands all the way up to custom airbag suspension and 4-link setups. The hourly rate for design, development, and fabrication are included in this rate, while finish work and nut/bolt assembly are covered by our other services to help keep cost down.

Structural Chassis & Suspension Restoration: $100/hr

Used in conjunction with standard Chassis and Suspension Restoration, this hourly rate includes minor structural restoration for severely rusted chassis members such as spare tire carriers, suspension mounting crossmembers, and minor framerail patches. Each damaged member is carefully inspected, removed, and replaced with an emphasis on properly restoring strength, flexibility, and rigidity in accordance with original design intent. This is a restoration of factory design conditions with readily available materials. If available, reproductions of original chassis members will be installed using high-strength bolted connections in place of rivets. Where original parts are unavailable, new members will be fabricated to replicate or exceed original design intent.

Install & Minor Fabrication for Custom Chassis: $100/hr

This HOURLY RATE includes the installation of standard chassis upgrades, such as lift kits, lowering kits, coilovers, sway bars, and bushings that retain standard suspension geometry. These jobs, on a case-by-case basis, may include minor structural modifications such as bolt-in notch plates or drilling/cutting for the installation of provided bracketry.

Standard Chassis and Suspension Restoration: $80/hr

The popular choice for truck and off-road vehicles which show signs of aging, but no structural deterioration, this HOURLY RATE is for detailed restoration of chassis and suspension components. This includes the disassembly of all accessible parts (removal of the vehicle's body** and structural members of the chassis are not included), complete rust/grime removal, priming, rust preventive coating, and top coating of all components and accessible chassis members. **In most cases, removal of a standard, factory-style pick-up bed is included in this process.

Basic Benchtop Welding/Fabrication: $70/hr

One of our more basic services, and the most common. Basic welding and bench top fabrication includes the minor weld repair or small-scale fabrication of assemblies made of common alloys. This does not cover the basic welding or bench top fabrication of special alloys which require specific shielding gasses, specialized weld processes, exotic fillers, or the welding of dissimilar materials.

Advanced Benchtop Welding/Fabrication: $90/hr

This service covers projects which may seem simple at first glance, but are not to be tackled by the layman. Basic structures, small assemblies, and simple mechanical systems which consist of exotic materials, uncommon alloys, or the welding of dissimilar materials fall in this category. If you need the specialized knowledge and experience on-hand to effectively make use of special materials, this is the service for you. 

Systems Engineering & Advanced Fabrication: $120/hr

For those who simply cannot find what they need in the existing market, Systems Engineering and Advanced Fabrication offers clients the ability to dream up new ideas, get them on paper, and bring them to functional reality.
